Fundraising for Cuckfield Preschool Playgroup

Our preschool is charity-operated and therefore relies on voluntary donations and parents and carers fundraising to support the level of staffing and resources which we believe are important. Our parents and carers fundraising committee support the preschool by organising a wide range of charity events including Cuckfield Mayor’s Procession, Christmas street market stalls and raffle, sponsored scoot and splash events, charity evenings and bake sales. We are incredibly grateful to our parent fundraisers for this invaluable support and they also find it is a great way to get to know the other parents and carers.

“My little one joined the pre-school this September and I was a little apprehensive as she’s had to settle into many different surroundings for various reasons (change of job, etc etc) but I couldn’t be happier with how she’s settled into the pre-school.
Every session she is there I get updates on what she’s up to in the daytime. She’s warmed to all of the teachers and has made lots of new friends. The activities they have set out for them every day are brilliant and I know they do lots of outdoor play too which is great!
I’m so happy they had space to take her in and feel like they have taken time to get to know my little one, and that she’s not just a ‘number’ (which we’ve definitely experienced in the past)
