Our Staff

We strongly believe in the importance of an experienced and well-qualified team of staff and a high ratio of staff to children. All our staff are expected to undertake an appropriate early years training if they are not already trained when they join us. Regular on-going training is also encouraged both to benefit the setting as a whole and to enable staff to follow particular interests. In addition, all staff have a regularly up-dated Paediatric First Aid certificate and undergo training in Child Protection and Safeguarding.
